Possibility to mount modules at any location also in the cavity.
Modules are sliding manually, one after another.
Due to module strutting, acoustic and physical barrier is created.
The wall divides premises, allowing their arrangement in accordance with current needs.
The door constitutes a convenient way of communication between divided premises.
Optimal 110 Acoustic walls consist of acoustic modules that are 80 cm – 130 cm wide and the height of which corresponds to the conditions of the premises. The wall is 11 cm thick.
The modules are made of steel-aluminum frames, soundproof filling and two-sided finish that is made of laminated or veneered plates. Modules are suspended in the aluminum runway that is mounted in the ceiling surface.
Optimal systems do not require any cumbersome floor guides.Technical catalog

Another advantage of our system is the possibility of placing on the bottom section of the wall, single- or two-winged key-closed door.
The door are the integral part of the wall in terms of visual and operational.
Sound insulation of Optimal 110 Acoustic system is 42 dB to 54 dB , depending on the version.
OPTIMAL 110 Acoustic has the highest sound insulation among all competitive mobile wall systems.
|VARIANTS||SOUND INSULATION (Rw)|

Optimal 110 Acoustic system is available in automatic version.
Operation of automatic wall consists in manual setting of modules in the wall axle just as in manual version.
At the time of contact of two modules, the electrical engine is started that pulls out module stabilizing strips.
Optimal 110 Acoustic system has undergone the complete set of tests at the Building Technique Institute in Warsaw.
Our sliding walls have been tested for:
– safety of use
– load resistance
– correct operation
– sound insulation
– response to fire B-s1, d0
– fire resistance EI30
All the tests were positive within the upper tolerances for the product.
If you are considering a wall of other manufacturer, ask them about tests at the Building Technique Institute and come back to us!
