Modules are sliding manually, one after another.
Due to (automatic) module strutting, acoustic and physical barrier is created.
The wall divides premises, allowing their arrangement in accordance with current needs.
The door constitutes a convenient way of communication between divided premises.
Optimal 110 Automatic walls consist of automated modules that are 80 cm – 130 cm wide and the height of which corresponds to the conditions of the premises. The wall is 11 cm thick.
The modules are made of steel-aluminum frames, soundproof filling and two-sided finish that is made of laminated or veneered plates. Modules are suspended in the aluminum runway that is mounted in the ceiling surface.

Another advantage of our system is the possibility of placing on the bottom section of the wall, single- or two-winged key-closed door.
The door are the integral part of the wall in terms of visual and operational.
Sound insulation of Optimal 110 Automatic system is 42 dB to 54 dB , depending on the version.
OPTIMAL 110 Automatic has the highest sound insulation among all competitive mobile wall systems.

Optimal 110 has undergone the complete set of tests at the Building Technique Institute in Warsaw.
Our sliding walls have been tested for:
– safety of use
– load resistance
– correct operation
– sound insulation
– response to fire B-s1, d0
– fire resistance EI30
Optimal 110 Automatic was additionally tested at the Electron Technique Institute in Warsaw to determine:
– the electromagnetic radiation
– forces of automatic expansion of pressure strips according to EN 60335-1:2010
All the tests were positive within the upper tolerances for the product.
